PRIORITY MAIL
2-5 Business Days for delivery but please know that any delivery estimate (2 Day, 3 Day, etc) made for Priority shipments are JUST that - an estimate. USPS will not guarantee anything for Priority so unfortunately, we cannot either, since they are the carrier and delivery is not a part of the process that we personally carry out. If something is delivered beyond the estimated arrival date, there is nothing you or Crazy Consuela can do to hold them accountable. 98% of the time we all have a great experience with Priority so this is not to alarm you - we just want you to have the information you need to make an informed decision, should you need your order by a particular date.

All shipping options include a confirmation tracking email
IMPORTANT: the USPS website does NOT update their tracking until the package has arrived to the destination sorting facility. This doesn’t mean that Crazy Consuela did not ship an item on time - USPS simply doesn’t have a true tracking system to show you the progress of a package.
If your item is returned because it was sent to the wrong address or undeliverable, it is not Crazy Consuela responsibility to pay shipping to resend it. If your address is wrong and it is lost, or delivered to the wrong address, please understand that Crazy Consuela cannot be held responsible.
